Reviews and Ratings
During our stay at this hotel, we had a mixed experience. The proximity to various attractions was convenient, but the room's location near the kitchen extractor created both noise and unpleasant odors. The service was warm and welcoming despite facing challenges like a power outage upon our arrival. The dining experience had its ups and downs with tasty food but occasional shortages. Overall, a stay at this hotel had its highlights and drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was well-stocked with toiletries but unfortunately adjacent to a noisy exhaust fan that disrupted the peace throughout the day. The service was exemplary, with the host going out of their way to make both me and my furry companion feel welcome. Although the location was a bit dark and in need of better lighting, it was still convenient for exploring North Scotland. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some delays in service but delicious food in the end.
The hotel was conveniently located on the NC500 route, although a little dark and in need of better lighting, especially during rainy weather. The rooms were a bit tired and had a slight damp smell, and being reserved only for Booking. com guests could be restrictive. The service was excellent, efficient, and very friendly, with a missed opportunity to introduce guests. Dining was somewhat disappointing due to ingredient shortages, but apologetic staff made amends during check-out. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
